Colour, type, spacing and motion tokens are the vocabulary. Get them right and components almost design themselves.

Document by using it

The best documentation is a real page built from the system. If the system can’t build the site, it isn’t finished.

A design system is a product, and its users are your own team. Treat their experience accordingly.
